Keto Review: Proper Good Soups

#SoupQueen is back with another keto review and this time it’s for my favorite type of review, soup! If you follow me on Instagram @ketobeastbeauty I’m always cooking up a mean soup or boiling bones for a stock. Today, I’m reviewing Proper Good – Red Pepper and Meatball soup.

This Keto red pepper & meatball soup is excellent! I love the meatballs and there are a lot in one pouch, unlike other brands that skimp on the meat, this one gives you a good portion. I can also taste the creamy red pepper base, the oregano, rosemary, fennel, and grass-fed bone broth in this soup. It was truly delicious and satisfying. I was full after eating one pouch. I highly recommend trying Proper Good soups if you are a soup foodie like me. 😛 I also have the Cheddar & Broccoli flavor which I’ll be reviewing next! Stay tuned! 🍲
