I will be reviewing the Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Keto Nut & Seed Bar by Munk Pack. I really love the sweet and salty, especially for this type of bar with nuts and seeds. The size of the bar is okay, it helped cut my sugar cravings immediately so it was satisfying. Would I buy it again? Yes. If I see them in the grocery aisle, I will pick one up on the go.
