Goodies from @smartbakingcompany Thanks to Smart Baking Company for all the treats. Today I will be reviewing the Apple Cinnamon Smartmuf’n.

Here’s my review for flavor, texture, and consistency. There’s apple cinnamon “cakeyness” (if that’s a word) 😛 throughout the muffin. I love muffins with this texture. It’s a large sized muffin and kept me full as it was my very first meal for breakfast. I had it right out of the refrigerator cold along with an iced coffee. Smart Baking Company delivers these products to you cold and you must put them in the freezer right away. Just thaw them out when you crave a treat. I’m sure it would taste great warm as well.

You can top these babies with some sugar free whip cream and you have got yourself a satisfying dessert. If you love apples and cinnamon together, you will enjoy the flavor of this muffin. You really can’t tell that it’s low carb sweetened with stevia. Overall 5/5! 😃
