Recipe
Ingredients:
- Quest Nutrition Tortilla style protein chips
- Quest Nutrition Nacho cheese chips
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 3 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- Chile Lime Seasoning, I use Trader Joe’s brand
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Black Pepper, season to taste
- Toppings: Mozzarella, jalapenos
- Sides: Salsa and guacamole
Instructions:
I used Quest Nutrition’s tortilla style protein chips and nacho cheese chips. They have only 4g net carbs and 18g of protein per bag! I also love the Quest Nutrition loaded taco chips flavor! 🌮🌮🌮
On a pan with parchment paper, place Quest Nutrition chili lime and nacho cheese flavor tortilla style chips, and top with shredded mozzarella and jalapenos. Bake these babies for 5 minutes at 350F. I love these nacho cheese and chili lime chips together. I served with a side of fresh salsa and guacamole.
I literally ate the whole thing by myself and didn’t share with the hubby. Oops! 😜
