It was a lovely evening, a unique Levantine cooking class with @hanoonrestaurant and a tasting afterward. We got to meet some new people in our area of Washington State. What a great idea this was! The food was very delicious and so flavorful! 😋
Chef Nicco Muratore walked us through the following dishes:
1. Shakshuka, a poached egg dish drowned in a spiced tomato braise.
2. Fattoush salad, a fresh and crunchy Lebanese salad with mixed vegetables and their homemade pomegranate molasses vinaigrette.
3. Shish Taouk, yogurt and spice marinated grilled chicken skewers.
They also treated us with Lebanese baklava and a 25% discount. We will be back again!
