Ingredients

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the suya spice rub: ground peanuts or almond flour, ground ginger, ground paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well to combine.

2. Thread the thinly sliced beef or chicken onto the soaked bamboo skewers, weaving them back and forth to create a zigzag pattern.

3. Brush the skewered meat with olive oil on both sides.

4. Generously sprinkle the suya spice rub over the oiled meat, making sure to coat all sides.

5. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

6. Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the meat is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

7. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
