Ingredients
– 4 Belgian endives
– 4 slices of cooked ham
– 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
– 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Trim the bottoms of the Belgian endives and remove any wilted outer leaves. Cut each endive in half lengthwise.
3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the endive halves to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until they are lightly browned.
