Keto Chocolate Mug Cake

Incorporate all the ingredients below into 1 mug or a ramekin. I used a ramekin for mine.

Keto Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 cup almond flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 large egg, beaten
2 tbp keto friendly chocolate chips, I used Krisda Semi Sweet Chocolatey Chips
2 tbsp sweetener of choice, I used Krisda Monk Fruit sweetener
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of kosher salt

Cook in microwave until cake is done in the middle, about 1 minute 45 seconds until it has stopped rising and is firm to the touch. Let cool for 2 minutes before eating.

Top with sugar free whip cream or heavy organic coconut cream. Enjoy!
