Low Carb Turkey Omelette Recipe
Ingredients:
Coconut oil spray for non-stick pan
3 whole eggs
2 tablespoons water
2 turkey bacon, sliced and chopped
2 scallions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon turmeric, optional
1 teaspoon bagel sesame seasoning
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 small avocado, on the side
Instructions:
Heat up a non stick skillet on medium.
In a small bowl, whisk eggs and water. Adding the water fluffs up your omelette. You have to try it, trust me. 😉
Add the turkey bacon bits and chopped scallions to the bowl.
Sprinkle with turmeric. This is optional but it reduces inflammation.
Next, spray the skillet with coconut oil.
Pour the mixture onto the skillet.
