  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Filling:

    • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook pork belly or ground pork until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
    • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and onion. Cook until fragrant and translucent.
    • Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
    • Stir in julienned jicama, shredded cabbage, green beans, and bean sprouts. Cook for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

      • Spoon a generous amount of the filling onto the cabbage leaf.
      • Roll the cabbage leaf tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, similar to a burrito.
