          • 2 cups water
          • 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter or ghee
          • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or MCT oil
          • 2 teaspoons loose black tea leaves or 2 tea bags (such as Assam or Puerh)
          • Salt to taste (optional)

          Instructions:

          • In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
          • Add the loose black tea leaves or tea bags to the boiling water and let it steep for about 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you prefer your tea.
          • While the tea is steeping, add the grass-fed butter or ghee and coconut oil or MCT oil to a blender.
